This wall may look like there is just a less than attractive drywall repair.  However, the moisture meter is showing significant moisture readings completely up and down this area of the wall.  There is water inside this wall.  The cause is from improper repaired roofing in a valley above this room.  This would be a moderately expensive fix due to the repair of the roof and wall damage inside and out.
