1. The Contract. Oregon law requires us to have a written contract.  My contract is created dependant on the type of inspection you would like.  It is generated at the time of scheduling and a link is sent to you via email.  Payment will need to be completed at the inspection.  I will take cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App at no fee.  Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal, and etc. are charged a 4% fee as this is what I am charged.

2.  The Oregon  SOP's.  This document is directly from the State of Oregon.  It states what a home inspector can and cannot do at the home inspection.  It also informs you what is to be expected from the home inspection and inspector.

3.  Home Inspection Consumer Notice.  I am required to provide this document to you, by the Oregon CCB.  Please view this document.
