I had the opportunity to use Greg Sanberg's services today during the purchasing process of a newly constructed home. Greg spend three hours at the home meticulously going over every inch of the home. His thoroughness and attention to detail makes him a leader in the field. Even though you may not think you need a home inspection for new construction, you may be surprised what he may find. There were a couple of things that need to be addressed prior to our purchase, had we not had the inspection done, we never would have discovered these things. In addition, Greg pointed out lots of little things that are easily remedied for nominal costs. The money spent on the inspection will save us tons of money in the future. Greg was friendly and fun to work with.

RECOMMENDED!

In Depth Home Inspection LLC (Greg) came recommended to me by my realtor. I have had varied experiences with inspectors in the past, and had a skeptical opinion of the industry as a result. I met with Greg and was instantly put to ease by his knowledge, temperament and background. He was very organized, extremely thorough, and encouraged me to take part in his work to make sure I understood what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the results of his inspection meant. He gave me referrals to contractors he has knowledge of (to help with remedies) and followed up after the report to make sure I understood everything. The report was very thorough, clear and concise. It was delivered the day after the inspection. Lots of pictures to make it easy to understand and locate the problems. The price was less than I have paid in the past and the service was the best I have experienced. I will enthusiastically refer In Depth Home Inspections to anybody.

A+ Service

We called and phone interviewed many home inspectors. Greg, the inspector we used, was the one who impressed us the most. He took the time to explain the process, the reports, what to look for in an inspector (not all do the same thing), and did not pressure us to use him. Once my wife and I got off the phone, we discussed using his services and instantly called him back. He got us scheduled the very next day. The price was right. The service before and after was great. Very friendly individual, breaking down the issues found into terms that we could understand. As for the finished product, we received the reports the same day via email and the next day the hard copy came in the mail. He even emailed our realtor with the reports, at our request. The reports came with color pictures and clear descriptions of the issues of the home. There was no problem understanding what was going on with the home we were buying. Definitely A+ Service
