Home Warranty and Recall Check

In Depth Home Inspection LLC is proud to announce the addition of two new services.  We have added a 90 day warranty and a recall check of installed appliances.  These services are offered through RWS Inspection Services Group. 

90 Day Warranty and Recall Check
In Depth Home Inspection LLC is offering the 90 day home warranty and recall check through a program from Devcon Security.

The way it works:
I have a contact that you sign for the inspection.  Doing so, you agree to allow Devcon Security to contact you to offer you an alarm system package (you will only be contacted if you are not on the "do not call list").  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THE ALARM SYSTEM.  Your only obligation is to allow Devcon Security to contact you.  At that time, you can decline the offer of the alarm system.  You will not be contacted again. And you have fulfilled your obligation to obtain the 90 day home warranty and recall check.  If you do elect to take the alarm system, they have some packages with free gift  (you will be charged for monitoring).  That's all you have to do.

What you get:
You will receive a report separate from your whole home inspection report.  This is the report of your appliances and where they fall on the recall list.  This usually shows up via email within 1-2 days after your inspection.  Additionally, I enroll you in the 90 day home warranty offered by RWS Inspector Services Group.  This 90 day home warranty is not to replace the one you may purchase through your Realtor or escrow.  It is merely an added service that complements your Realtors home warranty, if you get one through them. This is a very limited warranty. You get two great services for just allowing Devcon Security to contact you to offer a gift.

What you have to do:
You will need to sign my contract allowing Devcon Security to contact you with the offer of an alarm system and monitoring.  I will enroll you in the warranty program and complete the recall info to be returned to you when its completed.  In the event that you have a warranty claim, you contact  RWS Inspector Services Group.   If you have difficulties, you can always call me for assistance.
